Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, the Technical Solutions Specialist provides mission critical support to customers as well as the Sales and Marketing team.
The role is expected to work with the Executive, Sales team and resellers, ultimately assisting in the generation of revenue by demonstrating the high-value Catalyst products and services, helping customers to be successful. As well, when called upon they would need to provide proactive and responsive technical support to resolve complex product functionality issues.
We are looking for a C++ developer who will work on a team to create geospatial and remote sensing software for multiple platforms including desktop, server (Windows and Linux) and Cloud (multiple providers).
