Using Measurement Tools

When you have an image open in the viewer, you can use Measurement Tools to measure length, area, and perimeter areas of imagery in the view pane. You can use a variety of methods to draw lines and areas in units of measure that you choose.

Note: Measurement Tools is unavailable when viewing a layer that has a projection type Pixel.
