The Mosaic Update Generation module updates an existing mosaic using new imagery, according to the output previously generated by the Mosaic Update Preparation module (source-image list file).
The Mosaic Update Generation module performs similarly to the Mosaic Generation module, except that existing mosaic tiles are updated automatically using new imagery. You can either update an existing tile using new imagery, or completely regenerate any tiles affected by new scenes being added. The format of the output file is always the same as that of the existing image mosaic tiles.
This module supports processing using GPUs and multicore processors.
