From the Scale bar Properties window, click the Scale bar type tab.

Enable one of the following options:

Line and Tick : uses a Line and Tick scale bar.

Single bar: uses a scale bar type with one row

Double bar: uses a scale bar type with two rows

Triple bar: use a scale bar type with three rows
-
Click OK.
