You can customize how CATALYST Professional OrthoEngine applies certain features and how it uses your system resources. Available on the Tools menu, the Options command opens the Options window, in which you will see a list of option categories in the leftmost pane and the available preferences for each selected category in the rightmost pane.
The options you select apply globally in OrthoEngine; that is, after you click Apply, the settings apply to each OrthoEngine project you create thereafter.
