When you create a Mosaic GeoFill polygon, the overlapping files within the current mosaic session form the mosaic file set. These are the candidate images to copy imagery from. You can manage the files in the Mosaic File Set window. That is, you can open the Mosaic File Set window to make changes to the set and how you use it.
