Opening the Raw Image Summary Table window

When your project supports collection of ground control points (GCP), tie points (TP), or both, you can view a summary of the collected information in the Raw Image Summary Table window.

To open the Raw Image Summary Table window

On the View menu, click Raw Image Summary Table.
The Raw Image Summary Table window appears.

The window displays, in table format, summary information about the image or images in the project. For a description of each column, see Table 1.

Column	Description
	Indicates whether the image is active or inactive. To make an active image inactive, clear the check box in the column of the image you want to deactivate. To make an inactive image active, select the check box in the column of the image you want to activate. For more information on active and inactive images, see Making images active and inactive
#	Number of the image (in which it was added to the project)
Image ID	Unique identifier of the image
Flightline ID	Unique identifier of the flightline on which the image was acquired
State	Status of the image: No value displays: image is not currently open in an OrthoEngine image viewer Working: image is open in an image viewer and set as the Working image Open: image is open in an image viewer and set as the Reference image Note: Each raw image opens in a separate viewer. When you have several images open, one image resides in a viewer displaying a Working button on the toolbar. Each additional image opens in a viewer displaying a Reference button on the toolbar. Only the Working viewer displays points and those collected for the image. When you want to switch a Reference viewer to the Working viewer, click the available Reference button.
GCPs	Total number of GCPs collected for the image record
TPs	Total number of TPs collected for the image record
CPs	Total number of check points collected for the image record
RMS	Overall root-mean-square error for the image record
GCP RMS	Root-mean-square error of the GCPs for the image record
TP RMS	Root-mean-square error of the TPs for the image record
CP RMS	Root-mean-square error of the CPs for the image record
Total Overlap Pairs	Number of potential overlap image pairs for the image
Pairs with TPs	Number of overlap image pairs for the image that are served by TPs or stereo GCPs (that is, the number of image pairs that are connected to the image directly by TPs or stereo GCPs)
% Pairs with TPs	Ratio of the number of overlap pairs connected by TPs over all overlapping image pairs for the image record

The project status area under the Image Summary Table, shown in Figure 1, provides information about the project as a whole. This section provides a live count of the total number of images, GCPs, TPs, and CPs, as well as the GCP RMS and TP RMS, for all images contained in the OrthoEngine project file.

When you make a change to a project, such as adding or removing an image, changing any of the GCPs, TPs, and CPs, or any other change, the Raw Image Summary Table window is updated immediately with the new information.

Note: Making changes to GCPs, TPs, or CPs in the project renders the current math model out of date. When a math model is out of date, all information related to that model is also out of date, and the status area displays a message: Model needs recomputing. To clear the message, recompute the model.
