When you select Tiled in the Mosaic output list, the page refreshes to display the tile-specification information.
You can select from the following definition methods to determine how the tiles will be created:
- When you select Use tile size and overlap, the tile size is determined automatically based on your source imagery; however, you can modify the tile size to suit by entering values in the Tile size boxes for x (horizontal) and y (vertical). By default the tile sizes are equal; that is, square. If you want to use unequally sized tiles, clear the Keep equal check box, and then enter the tile size you want.
If you want to adjust the amount of overlap among the tiles, enter the amount you want in the Overlap size boxes for x and y. If you want to use a different amount of overlap for x and y, clear the Keep equal check box, and then enter the size you want.
- When you select Use number of tiles and overlap, the number of tiles is determined automatically based on your source imagery; however, you can modify the number of tiles to suit by entering values in the Number of tiles boxes for x (horizontal) and y (vertical).
