Changing the DN value of a channel

If necessary, you can alter the digital number (DN) values of an image channel. You can change only the image channels that are displayed currently.

To change the DN value of a channel

  1. In the Numeric Values window, double-click the cell of the image layer and pixel location that you want to edit.
  2. Type a value, and then press Enter.

    The value you enter must be valid for the bit depth of the channel being edited.

Note: You cannot make changes to enhanced values.
