Defining the clip region by selecting a named region

You can use the bounds of a named region to define a subset clip. You must have at least one named region in the source data to use this method. Named regions can only be saved as CATALYST Professional Project (.gpr) files. The following procedures follow step 7 in Clipping and subsetting images.

  1. In the Define Clip Region area, choose Select a Named Region from the Definition Method list box.
  2. Choose a named region from the Named Region list box.
  3. Click Clip.
