In the PCT Save As window, you can save a PCT segment in the Maps tree as a GDB-supported file.
If you are saving a layer containing a map from a Web mapping service to your local drive, you must also save its color table or the map may not have the same representation the next time you open it. To save the color table, click Properties.
The location of the layer and the data type with which you are working.
Layer
Description of the active layer.
Raster with attribute data
Available only when the layer contains attributes. When selected, the raster and its associated attribute table are saved to the file.
Raster only
Available only when the layer contains attributes. When selected, no attribute data is saved with the raster.
Save selected shapes only
Available only when the layer contains attributes and one or more shapes are selected. When selected, only the records that you have selected in Attribute Manager are saved in the file. If you have one or more shapes selected, and you want to overwrite the original segment, the option is unavailable.
Save selected fields only
Available only when the layer contains attributes and one or more fields are selected. When selected, only the fields that you have selected in Attribute Manager are saved in the file.
Select a target file for your new layer, a format for the new file, and select or create a new layer in your target file.
File
Select a target file for your new layer or, to select a file not shown in the list, click Browse.
Format
Only PCIDSK is available.
Options
Select options based on the selected format (see Selecting GDB format options).
Layer
Select a target layer. You can also select to save your new file to a new layer.
Properties
View and make changes to the properties of the output layer (see About the Output Layer Properties window).
