Importing shapes or a bitmap layer

Depending on the specific requirements, you import shapes or a bitmap layer in either the Import Shapes window or the Import Shapes or Bitmap window. You use earch similarly, as described herein.

To import shapes or a bitmap

In the File box, type the path and file name of the file that contains the shapes (or bitmap) you want or, to select a file, click Browse.
The window is refreshed to show the available layers and shapes.
In the Layer box, select the layer containing the shapes you want.
If the shape you want is a bitmap, select the bitmap layer [BIT], and then click OK (you need not complete the next step).
In the table under Shapes, in the Shape ID column, select the row containing the shape or shapes you want.
You can select a group or range of rows.
