EPSG codes

GDB supports a wide variety of EPSG codes. These are listed in the etc\EPSGCODES.aux file in your CATALYST Professional installation directory. Each line in the file contains a single EPSG code, followed by its text representation.

For example:

32743:PROJCS["WGS 84 / UTM zone 43S",GEOGCS["WGS 84",
DATUM["WGS_1984",SPHEROID["WGS 84",6378137,298.257223563]],
PRIMEM["Greenwich",0],UNIT["degree",0.0174532925199433]],
PROJECTION["Transverse_Mercator"],PARAMETER["latitude_of_origin",0],
PARAMETER["central_meridian",75],PARAMETER["scale_factor",0.9996],
PARAMETER["false_easting",500000],PARAMETER["false_northing",10000000],
UNIT["metre",1]]

To determine if an EPSG code is supported, open the EPSGCODES.aux file in a text editor and perform a search for the desired code.
