The HAS_COORDFIELD descriptor defines the way of adding coordinate to attribute table. when user input ascii table, if this flag set to TRUE, after we add Type(X) data, we will add one more attribute data line that use same data position( or column ), this case gav will not check reused position ( or overlap ), otherwise we can not repeatedly use data.
