Creating a new predefined-configuration file

Before you can create a predefined-configuration file to use as a template, you must first create a new job.

To create a new predefined-configuration file

  1. Create a new job as described in Creating a job.
  2. Specify all of the Workflow parameters for the job, as necessary.

    Alternatively, follow the procedure in Resubmitting (copying) a job.

  3. On the Submit new job page of the job you want to use, under Workflow, beside the Predefined configurations list, click Save As.

    A pop-up window appears.

  4. In the box below Save configuration under a different name, type a name for the file, and then click OK.

    Your new preset-configuration XML file appears in the Predefined configurations list.
