Description


The ADS Export Adjusted Model module creates or updates the adjusted orientation data file (*odf.adj) associated with a Level 1 airborne digital sensor (ADS) scene based on the ground control points (GCP), tie points (TP), or both. You can then open the adjusted Socet support files (*.sup) in another software program to perform additional processing.

Parameter descriptions

Input Folder

The path and name of the folder containing the PCIDSK files that include the adjusted ADS math-model information taken from the last math-model segment.

Output Folder

The path and name of the folder to which to write the adjusted math model or models. The folder you specify must contain the original Leica ADS Socet support files (*.sup).

Back Up Adjustment Files

If you already have an existing adjusted orientation data file (*odf.adj), select this check box to create a backup copy of the file. The name of the backup file will be *.odf.adj.backup.

With a clear check box, any existing adjustment orientation data files are overwritten.

Preprocessing requirements

Before running this module, the following requirements must be met to ensure the job processes successfully and produces accurate results:

Module details

The ADS Export Adjusted Model module creates or updates odf.adj files. You can then open the adjusted Leica ADS Socet support files (*.sup) in another software program to perform additional processing.

Job results

The ADS Export Adjusted Model module writes an adjusted orientation data file (*.odf.adj) for each ADS scene to the folder containing the original Socet support files (*.sup) and the orientation data file (*.odf) that contains the original model parameters.

The following table shows an example of output based on input of a range of files _1 through _n. For each input file, the module creates and adjusted Socet support file and an adjusted orientation data file.
