Sales Director – InSAR/INSIGHTS Solutions

Role Overview

As Sales Director, you will lead business development efforts to engage with companies in infrastructure, mining, and other critical sectors that benefit from InSAR and INSIGHTS-based solutions. Your expertise in InSAR technology and industry connections will be instrumental in showcasing CATALYST’s ability to deliver actionable insights that mitigate risk and improve operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and revenue growth across sectors such as mining, infrastructure, and environmental monitoring.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in target sectors, understanding their unique challenges and aligning CATALYST’s InSAR and INSIGHTS solutions with their needs.
• Lead complex, solution-oriented sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions effectively address client needs and demonstrate CATALYST’s unique value.
• Oversee account management activities, maintaining long-term client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Key Qualifications

• Extensive sales experience in Earth observation, geospatial technology, or InSAR/remote sensing solutions, particularly with industries focused on risk management and infrastructure monitoring.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas ($2-5m+) in high-stakes, consultative sales environments.
• Strong network within infrastructure, mining, and environmental sectors, with demonstrated success in leveraging contacts to drive business development.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical experts to senior executives, articulating CATALYST’s value proposition clearly.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in managing long sales cycles and building lasting partnerships.
