Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful project management experience, preferably in software/technology
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C or higher, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced experience with project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in geospatial industry or earth observation
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (PSM, CSM, SAFe)
- Six Sigma certification
- Multiple complementary project management certifications
