Setting a start time for extracting the DEM

If necessary, you can, as an option, set up the DEM extraction to start at a specific time. That is, by default, DEM extraction is set to Start now, meaning the extraction process will begin when you click Extract DEM. However, you can also set up the DEM extraction to start at a specified time, such as during off-peak hours.

To set a start time for DEM extraction

  1. Under Extraction Start Time window, do one of the following:
    • To begin the process immediately, make sure Start now is selected.

      That is, Start now is the default setting.

    • To begin the process at a specific time, click Start at (hh:mm), type or select the hour and minute you want in the boxes below, and then click a.m. or p.m., as applicable, up to a maximum of 24 hours in advance.
  2. Return to extracting a DEM from epipolar pairs to complete the rest of the setup.
