You use the Tie Point Collection window to manually collect tie points.

To open the Tie Point Collection window
- In the OrthoEngine window, in the Processing step list, click GCP/TP Collection.

Click Manually collect tie points.
The Tie Point Collection window appears.
- Proceed to Collecting tie points manually.
