Exporting GCPs from a single file to a text file

When you export GCPs from a single file to a text file, you select the file you want, select a new format for the GCPs you are exporting, if necessary, and then enter the name of the output file.

Note: The projection for exported GCPs will be the output projection specified in the Set Projection window.

To export GCPs from a single file to a text file

  1. Under File for GCP export, select one or more files to export.
  2. Under Segment Information, click Save to text file.
  3. To change the number of decimal places used for the point coordinates in the exported text file, click Point Decimal Digits.
  4. Click Export.

    The Write GCP to Text File window appears.

  5. Proceed to Writing GCPs to a text file.
