General

On the General page, you can set the default behavior for opening the Mosaic Overview window that appears when you open a mosaic project, and for regenerating mosaic previews when saving a project.

To set up general behavior

Under General, do one or more of the following, as applicable:
- To change the image threshold at which the Mosaic Overview window appears when you open a mosaic project, type a new value in the box below Bypass Mosaic Overview for projects smaller than.
  When you open a project with fewer images than the number specified, the Mosaic Overview window will not appear; rather, all of the images in the project will appear in the Mosaic Tool window.
- To change the interval at which to regenerate a mosaic preview when saving a small project, in the Automatic behavior list, click the interval you want:
  - Prompt each time: Display a message, prompting you to you save your project
  - Always regenerate: Create the mosaic preview without displaying the message
  - Never regenerate: Skip the regeneration step without displaying the message
Note: A small project is one in which the number of images is fewer than the specified threshold value, and it is only to such projects that the automatic behavior applies.
Under Geographic Coordinate Display, in the Format list, you can select how you want to display geographic coordinates.
You can select from the following:
- Decimal degrees
- Degrees, minutes
- Degrees, minutes, seconds
