Importing match-area shapes

You can import match-area shapes to use in your color-balancing operation. The imported vector must be a polygon (or a set of polygons) and must be reprojectable to the georeferencing system of the image.

To import match-area shapes

  1. In the Mosaic Tool window, in the control pane, expand the image for which you wan to import match-area shapes, right-click Match area, and then click Import Match-Area Shapes.

    The Import Shapes window appears.

  2. Proceed to Importing shapes or a bitmap layer
Note: To retain the shapes you import, be sure to save the project.
