You can make the onscreen image clearer and easier to interpret by applying an enhancement. Doing so does not change the values in the image file. The enhancement you apply is calculated based on the data that is displayed in the viewer. The enhancement you select applies to all images.

To apply an enhancement
In the Mosaic Tool window, the Mosaic Overview window, or the Collection Viewer window, on the Enhancement toolbar, click the arrow beside Enhancements, and then click the enhancement you want.

The display is updated with the enhancement you selected.
