After you have set up a batch process, you can schedule it to run at a time you specify.
To schedule a batch process

Do one of the following:
- On the Execute menu, click Schedule Batch.
- On the toolbar, click Schedule Batch
.
- Select the Start batch process at (hh:mm) check box.
- In the boxes to the right, type or select the hour and minute, respectively, and then click a.m. or p.m., as applicable.
- Click Run.
The process will start at the time you specified.
