Setting the canvas and grid preferences
From the
Preference
menu in
Modeler
, choose
Preference
.
The
Main Preferences
window opens.
Click the
Canvas
tab if it is not already displayed.
In the
Canvas Attribute
section, click the down arrow to the right of
Background Color
, and choose a color from the list.
In the
Grid Attribute
section, enable the
Grid
check box to display grid lines on the canvas.
Select the
Snap to Grid
check box to snap graphical elements to the grid.
Click the down arrow to the right of
Grid Color
, and choose a color from the list.
Click the up arrow or the down arrow to the right of
X-size
, and choose a spacing between vertical grid lines.
Click the up arrow or the down arrow to the right of
Y-size
, and choose a spacing between horizontal grid lines.
To set default preferences for the canvas, click
Default
in the
Set to Defaults
section.
Click
Accept
.
