In addition to moving the cursor to the start and end vertices on a line, you can move the cursor halfway between two vertices in the direction of a line.

To move the cursor halfway between two vertices in a line
- On the Vector Editing toobar, click Find, and then click a line.

Click Midpoint.
The cursor moves to the midpoint of the line you selected.
