Opening the Filter window

The Filter window lets you apply high-pass, low-pass, and custom filters. You can control the X and Y dimensions of the kernel in the Filter Size boxes. You can work with different filter types.

You can apply the filters to all the data in the layer or you can create a bitmap mask to restrict the filtering process to a particular area in the layer.
