You can change the viewable range for both the X and Y axes, export the plot to a graphic file, change the background color for the plot, and print the plot.
In the Maps tree, click an image layer.
From the Layer menu, click Profile.
From the Profile Table, click Options.
In the Profile Options window, click in the Current Channel column for a channel for which you want use the measuring tools.
A red X indicates the channel is selected.
In the Profile Graph, drag the sliding bars to the region you want to measure.
