Filtering an index

You can specify the type of information you want to include in an index. For example, you may only want road and building names to appear in the index. You can also exclude redundant words from the index.

  1. From the Indexation window, click the Filtering tab.
  2. Select any of the following from the left-hand list:
    • RST
    • Group
    • RepCode
  3. Click the right-arrow button.
