In the Reproject window, under Selectable Layers, you can select the source and destination layers for the reprojection.
To select layers for reprojection

In the Reproject window, under Selectable Layers, select the data files to include in the output file from the Source Layers list.
If necessary, you can filter the list by selecting an appropriate value from the View list. To select all of the available source layers (or segments), click Select All. If necessary, you can use Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click to select a range or a group of layers.

Click Add.
The layers you selected appear in the Destination Layers list. To remove a layer, select it, and then click Remove. If necessary, you can select layers as described in step 1. To reorder the layers, select the layer you want, and then click Move Up (
) or Move Down (
), as necessary.
