Atmospheric water vapour content map generation

Program GENAWVC is used to generate an atmospheric water vapour content map for an at-sensor radiance image. The inputs to this program include the image itself, an RLUT, and an initial nominal atmospheric water vapour content guess. The program optionally generates a leaf water thickness map as well.

The atmospheric water vapour content map may be used by program ATRLUT in computing an atmospheric correction, with possibly better results than if a nominal atmospheric water vapour content value is used for the entire image. See GENAWVC for further details and a detailed application example.
