Description
GetParMin() is used to retrieve the minimum legal value for the named numeric parameter.
Call Signature
double GetParMin ( string target_parm )
Return Value
double
The minimum value is returned.
Argument
string target_parm:
Name of the numeric parameter being queried.
Remarks
The minimum value is established when the parameter is created.
