Contains the first set of input layer(s) to be merged.
Contains the second set of input layer(s) to be merged. Once the second port is connect, a third port will become available.
Contains the output layer(s) that will receive the merged data.
The MERGE function allows a user to combine multiple layers of the same type into a single port of information, which may be used as an input to another function.
Initially, the MERGE module has two input port connections, which are ANY ports. Once a layer is connected, the port types will change to that type. i.e. Once a raster is connected to the first port, the second port becomes a raster port as well.
As a user connects more ports to the input, more available ports become visibile. i.e. Once the second input is connected, a third becomes available.
This function is a modeler-specific function.
