You can import one or more cutlines, or shapes, into your mosaic project. You can import cutlines to use with all of your source images or import cutlines to use with a specific image.
You can import a single cutline from a file that contains several. When you import cutlines, the field you select is matched to the image ID of all images open in the active project. Cutlines are only imported for images with an ID that matches the field you select.
Each cutline is also verified to ensure it is a closed polygon that overlaps the corresponding image.
The file you import can be a PCIDSK file (*.pix) or a file in any other supported format.
