Report

The Report area provides information about the intensity measured for a given wavelength in a hyperspectral image (radiance). The intensity measures the amount of energy flux recorded by the sensor per area-time.

If necessary, you can create a report from spectral signature in a spectral library file (.spl) or from the image.

To create a report

Do one of the following:

To create a report from a spectra library file, click From Spectra File.
- In the Open Spectra window, type or select the file you want in the Spectra available box.
  You can also click Browse to select a file.
- In the Spectra Plot window, in the table under Displayed spectra, select the spectral curve (from the file you selected).
- Click the whitespace under the x-axis at the wavelength position on which you want to create the report.
To create a report from a spectral signature in the image, click From Image.
- Click the whitespace under the x-axis at the wavelength position on which you want to create the report.

Current Spectrum:

Reports the ID for a spectra selected in the Displayed Spectra table.

Wavelength:

Reports the wavelength of a spectra selected in the Displayed Spectra table.

Intensity:

Reports the intensity of a spectra selected in the Displayed Spectra table.

Current Pixel:

Reports the pixel location.

Current Line:

Reports the line location.

Wavelength:

Reports the pixel wavelength value for the pixel/line location.

Intensity:

Reports the pixel intensity value for the pixel/line location.

Hide Controls and Show Controls:

Hides or shows all controls for the Spectra Plot window.

Zoom In:

Zooms into the plot lines in the spectra plot graph.

Zoom Out:

Zooms out of the plot lines in the spectra plot graph.

Zoom Overview:

Zooms the plot lines in the spectra plot graph to an overview showing the extents of the plotted values.
