You can define regions of interest manually in the view pane using the drawing tools and derive spectral signatures for them. You can manually create regions of interest using the New Shapes tool. The resulting spectral end members can be used as input into spectral processing algorithms for image classification and spectral unmixing.
Hyperspectral spectra extraction provides linking between image regions of interest, scatter plots, spectra plots, and spectral libraries.
