On the Display tab, you can change the opacity of the pseudocolor table (PCT) image layer. You can also select whether to view NoData values when they are included in a PCT image layer.
Opacity
Select this check box to select an opacity for the layer.
Percent
Drag the slider to the opacity you want or, alternatively, type a percentage value in the box to the right.
Notice that as you drag the slider a tooltip appears, indicating the precise value to set.
Phase percent
Drag the slider to the phase opacity you want or, alternatively, type a percentage value in the box to the right.

View NoData
Available when a NoData value is unavailable at either the file or channel level, select this check box to select a color for the NoData value.
To select a color, click the arrow beside the color displayed currently, and then in the palette, click the color you want. To select from additional colors, click More.
