Error identification

A pair of intrinsic functions exist to allow the identification of the last error to occur, GetLastErrorNumber() and GetLastErrorMessage(). These functions can be used in conjunction with the various error-trapping techniques available in EASI to allow an appropriate course of action to be taken depending on the error that has occurred.
