Metadata information

Files, image channels, and segments can have a Metadata item. When you select Metadata, the title of the lowermost pane changes to Metadata Information, and the metadata name and value pairs are displayed in the table.

Note: If the file is locked, the metadata cannot be modified.

When you modify the last metadata entry in the table, a new metadata entry is added automatically.
