You can view the coordinates of the vertices contained in a selected shape in the Vertices window. You can also add or subtract vertices. When you add a vertex, it is inserted halfway between the selected vertex and the next according to the direction of the line.

To add or remove one or more vertices

On the Vector Editing toobar, click Vertices.
The Vertices window appears.

Select a vertex, and then do one of the following:
- To add vertices, click Add.
- To remove a vertex, click the one you want to remove, and then click Remove.
