Using the DEM Index File Creator module

To create DEM index files, you run the DEM Index File Creator module in the JPS Administrator.

To create a DEM index file

  1. On the JPS Administrator Navigation bar, click Create Job.
  2. In the list of jobs, click DEM Index File Creator.

    The DEM Index File Creator page appears.

  3. Type information or select an option for each parameter, as necessary.

  4. After you specify all of the necessary parameters, click Submit Job.

The index files created by the DEM Index File Creator module are written to the specified DEM folder. These index files are read by the DEM Source parameter in other CATALYST Enterprise modules, when required.
