Using the File Export module

You export a file by running the File Export module.

To run the File Export module

  1. On the JPS Administrator Navigation bar, click Create Job.
  2. In the list of jobs, click File Export.

    The File Export page appears.

  3. Type information or select an option for each parameter, as necessary.

For more information on each parameter, see File Export module.

  4. After you specify all of the necessary parameters, click Submit Job.

The File Export module reads the source folder for GDB-compatible files and creates a child file-export job for each. The module then exports a window of selected data channels or segments in each input file to the output format you specified. Exporting can include image channels, bitmaps, vectors, lookup tables (LUT), and pseudocolor tables (PCT).

Note: Not all output formats support all of the preceding data types.

For supported formats, the module also writes georeferencing information to the output file. This information is computed based on the contents of the georeferencing of the input file and the specified raster input window.
