The quality of the output-image mosaic tiles depends on the quality of the mosaic preparation. Your output mosaic should look identical to the mosaic preview you viewed or edited with Mosaic Tool.
If there are any issues with the output mosaic related to color balancing, cutline selection, and other options, you can makes changes in Mosaic Tool or rerun the Mosaic Preparation module with different settings for the relevant parameters.
