| 2A | Restored sensor product.
In the filename, SEN is the identifier. The value in DIMAP is SENSOR. |
|
| 3 | Ortho product.
In the filename, ORT is the identifier. The value in DIMAP is ORTHO. Distributed as separate panchromatic and multispectral data sets, or as a pansharpened project. |
A PeruSAT-1 data set is organized in a specific folder structure on disk. GDB uses this folder structure and the file names to identify the data product type.
You can open a PeruSAT-1 data set by selecting the dim_per1_*.xml file in the IMG_PER1_* folder.
When opening a PeruSAT-1 data set, the files read by GDB are as described in the following table.
| File name | Format | Required | Contents/details |
|---|---|---|---|
| dim_per1_*.xml | DIMAP | Yes | Key file name. Contains metadata that applies to the data set. |
| img_per1_*.tif | GeoTIFF | Yes | Image data. |
| rpc_per1_*.xml | RPC data | Yes | Rational function model. |
| preview_per1_*.jpg | Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) file | Yes | Image thumbnail file. |
Returned data for supported format
PeruSAT-1 data can be opened directly in its raw vendor format or imported into a PCIDSK (*.pix) file using the key file name (*_aux.xml). For optimal processing, use the PCIDSK format.
The data structure, after it is opened by GDB, is as described in the following table.
