Level 1A

In the level 1A product, the 0A images are co-aligned into a single continuous image.
Furthermore, The image is corrected in accordance with relative radiance response of
the detectors and on-board signal processing electronics, and the PSF phenomena are
eliminated according to calibration measurements.

 
Level 1C

Level-1C processing includes georeferencing of the image into a local UTM spatial reference system (WGS 84 datum).
The image is referenced using a DTM, with the default of SRTM3 elevation map.

Important notes to the user:

  1. The GDB support of EROS-C data products is read-only.
  2. EROS-C data sets can be distributed on CD or DVD. GDB uses the above file names to identify the data product type. Therefore, to preserve compatibility with GDB, the file names must not be altered when the data is copied to another location from the CD or DVD.
  3. To load the data set, select the metadata (.pass) file.

EROS-C panchromatic image data One raster channel The ground sample distance of the image data is 0.38 meter. The channel contain panchromatic band with wavelength 0.45um - 0.90um.
EROS-C multispectral image data Three raster channels

The rasters are spatially coincident and the ground sample distance of the image data is 0.76 meter.
The channels contain images for red(0.63um - 0.69um), green(0.51um - 0.58um) and
blue(0.45um- 0.51um) wavelength bands.

EROS-C Pansharpened image data Three raster channels

The rasters are spatially coincident and the ground sample distance of the image data is 0.38 meter.
The channels contain images for blue(0.45um- 0.51um), green(0.51um - 0.58um) and
red(0.63um - 0.69um) wavelength bands.
