Using Quick Select

In the leftmost pane of the Create Job page, under Quick Select, you can click an item to view all, recent, favorite, or miscellaneous jobs.

Each quick-select item is described in the following table.

To view	Click	Description
All jobs	All	Displays all jobs. If you are currently viewing your recent, favorite, miscellaneous jobs, or the results of a search, click to revert the display to all jobs.
Jobs you ran recently	Recent	Displays all jobs you have ran recently in order of occurrence from the most recent. Note: If you want to increase or decrease the number of entries that appear, see your CATALYST Enterprise administrator.
Your favorite jobs	Favorites	Displays all jobs you have designated as Favorites. At any time, you can add a job to, or remove a job from, your Favorites list. This is a handy way to "bookmark" jobs you run frequently or that otherwise are of interest. To add a job to your Favorites list In the rightmost pane of the Create Job page, in the column, click beside the job you want to add. The icon changes to , indicating the job is selected as a favorite. To remove a job from your Favorites list In the rightmost pane of the Create Job page, in the column, click beside the job you want to remove. The icon changes to , indicating the job is not selected as a favorite.
Miscellaneous jobs	Miscellaneous	When available, displays jobs that are not associated with a collection. Note: Miscellaneous is displayed only when your CATALYST Enterprise system is configured such that one or more jobs are not associated with a collection.
