Before you can extract a DEM from stereo-image pairs, you must ingest the data to convert it from its raw state to a format supported by CATALYST Enterprise. The Airphoto Ingest module imports the aerial imagery from a frame-based airborne sensor into the PCIDSK format, and then generates the airphoto math model by using exterior orientation information and camera calibration parameters.
